More Glastonbury.. 2008

  At Glastonbury 2008 we got bigger! We had a pedal powered cinema, inside the dome, where we showed a number of short films. A willing participant pedalled away while the rest of the audience viewed the film. The static bike was connected to a 12 volt battery so the power the cyclist generated was stored. This in turn was connected to 12 volt dvd player and screen , the results can be seen below. Of course we had our bubble machines too, to keep the kids happy!
